You want to be able to rely on the expertise of a seasoned professional to help get you there, but you also want to feel like you’re talking to an actual friend when you meet with them. Details really matter to you, but laying back can also be nice. You care deeply about your guests having the kind of time where they leave thinking “that was one of the best weddings I’ve ever been to.” You really want to skip some of those outdated wedding traditions, but also want an elegance to your event that communicates “this is special, and these people matter to us.” 

What I do:

Event Management

  • This covers the role of a traditional “day-of “ coordinator, but with communication starting 8 weeks out from your wedding date to create a more comprehensive logistical plan. I aim to take the work off of you and your family so you can focus on the joy of the day. I ensure the details of your event are executed according to plan by keeping the event running on schedule, serving as the point of contact for all vendors and helpers, and offering guidance and suggestions along the way. I make myself available for the full day, including the set-up and break down of the entire event.

  • Ranges from $3,400 - $4,400

Partial Planning & Design

  • I guide you through the wedding design process, from the visuals to the logistics to create a wedding that is both uniquely beautiful, and smoothly run. I take on the process of sourcing where to buy, rent, or commission each design element of your event from signage to table linens, to candlelight, using trusted sources I’ve gathered over the years. On the day of your event, I work to pull these design elements together, so you’re not running around sweating your makeup off. I familiarize myself with all your logistical plans and work to seamlessly execute both design and overall wedding coordination for the entirety of your event.

  • Ranges from $6,400 - $7,400

Full Planning & Design

  • This is an all-encompassing package that helps you pull together every element needed to bring your wedding to life. Design, planning, and coordination are all covered to ensure a successful day from start to finish. I take the reins on everything that may be keeping you up at night with planning your event, and guide you through the process so you can take the time to try and enjoy yourself. I take your dreams of a seamless guest experience, innovative design, and a strong logistical plan, and make them happen.
